Lace up your boots for Friends of the Smokies’ April Classic Hike on Pretty Hollow Gap trail to Little Cataloochee! Join Friends of the Smokies for this moderately strenuous 8-mile hike, which has a total elevation gain of 1,500 ft. and highlights spring wildflowers, historic cabins and churches, and a cemetery.

Author and hiking expert Danny Bernstein will lead the group hike and special guest Sean Perry of the Hands of Sean Perry Co. will discuss his work to restore and preserve the Cook Cabin.

This hike is $20 for current members and $35 for new or renewing members. Your participation supports trail restoration and rehabilitation in the national park through the Trails Forever endowment.
